2. Chargebacks:

Initiating a chargeback either before or after your items have been shipped, and without first receiving a refund notice from VBGlock, is considered a violation of this policy. It is illegal to file a chargeback without proper communication and resolution efforts with our team.

3. Penalties for Chargebacks:

If a chargeback is initiated without prior approval:

• You will be penalized.

• Your account will be blocked from the VBGlock website.

• You will no longer be able to make any future purchases from our site.

4. Legal Action:

- By making a purchase from VBGlock, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with this policy, including the improper use of chargebacks, will result in legal action, including but not limited to being taken to court.
